Not that I know of but with hypoglycemia it is cause by lack of nutrition during a stressful situation and bile can also be cause from having an empty stomach. Usually when bile is thrown up its something that will happen in the early morning from going a long period without food. Sadly that if hypoglycemia goes untreated it can cause death.

Taken from WebMD: Episodes of hypoglycemia often occur without warning-for example, when a puppy is stressed by shipping. Other common causes of acute hypoglycemia are missing a meal, chilling, becoming exhausted from too much play, or having an upset stomach. These events place an added strain on the energy reserves of the liver.
