Well, looks like it's the little male that will be going home with me! I called the breeder today, and my mom is going to work out the details of the deposit later. Thank you all so much for helping me with this huge decision. According to the breeder, the pup should be ready to come home sometime between mid January and early February. I can assure you all that as soon as I have more pictures of my little man, I'll be sure to post them!
