Draco favorite thing to rip and chew n is paper/plastic. So I bought him toys that were similar. He has a few plushies that have like a paper crinkle sound to them, and one that has a water bottle inside of the plushie. Whenever I'd catch him with paper/plastic I'd substitute it for a toy. Every once in a while he'll go for a qtip he's found or something but it's easy to get him to let it go.
