Learning how to give him basic obedience training is the only thing that is going to help you with Rocky. He has learned he can have his way and no dog should be allowed to run the show.

Teaching these activities with lots of encouragement, love, and treats can make the session fun and speed up the process. You may have to keep Rocky on a training lead around the house so you can give him a quick correction whenever he tries his bullying tactics. If he is not neutered you should consider having that done as soon as possible.
