It sounds more like a form of incontinence. I would take her to a specialist to have her checked out. It is not normal for a dog to pee that way and it is apparent she has little control over her bladder.
Sometimes the muscle that controls urine does not develop correctly. A specialist may be able to help her. Check into a veterinary college in your state. |
