Keep encouraging her to go to the piddle pad, just so that her tank is running on empty when she's interacting wih you. It can still be excitement, or rather emotional, urination even if all you did was change the tone of your voice, the way you approached her, or even if you're wearing somehing slightly different. It use to happen all the time with us until I slowed down and really, and I mean REALLY paid attention to his reaction. Once I learned his "I'm going to squirt!" look, I analyzed what I was doing. Was I walking too fast? Did my pony tail fall to the side? Too much bed head making me look weird? Did I raise my voice to high when talking to someone else?... And as soon as I saw that "I'm going to squirt!" look, run to get a cookie, and ask, "hey Kaji? Wanna go pee-pee?" A quick pee, even if its just a teeny tiny squirt, followed by a treat and praise and maybe a pat or two (while still on the pad, in case he squirted again). I know it sounds silly, but until you find those triggers that are making her emotional enough to well, wet herself, then you won't fix your problem. If you study your and her actions in detail for, let's say 2 weeks, and you don't notice any of the above triggers, then your girl is definitely marking. Either way, if you dont want your girl peeing everywhere, don't give her the freedom to roam your house unless you can supervise her 100%.
