I actually was querying Cynthia Hill on google. It directed me to these posts. Someone was warning the original person of the post that the dogs on Cynthia's site appeared small and that she should be aware that smaller dogs tend to have more health problems. There was also a concern about Cynthia not being a member of the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America. I did not know that this affiliation guarantees your dogs to be Healthy. I am not affiliated in anyway with Mrs. Hill. I did enjoy one of her yorkies for over 12 years and the dog was healthy and was 4.5 pounds. I have dealt with this breed for over 40 years and have experienced the politics of showing from my friends who have bred and shown. My main point is to rely on the ancestry of the particular yorkie to narrow your health risks. By the way, Cynthia Hill is not longer in Bangor, PA. She has relocated to the Carolinas. She is still breeding. I know this because I am currently looking for a healthy yorkie to own as a pet. My last two yorkies died this year and both were 12 years old. The other breeder of my dogs was Terry Shumsky who is also deceased. Terry was a dog show judge for about 38 years. I flew to CA right after 911 to pick up my puppy. My Ali died in February of this year. I miss my two angels very much!
