Hope all continues to go well. With such a large litter she may take a break. I had a bitch that delivered two of four pups and we both were exhausted and took a several hour nap. When we woke up with no signs of active labor I called my vet. I was advised to walk the bitch to encourage contractions to start and to call again in an hour is she wasn't in active labor. So we walked around the house for 45 minutes or so and sure enough contractions started and the other two pups were born fairly quickly.

Be sure to give her a potty break, water, and some calorie dense nutrition - whelping pudding if you have it, if not Nutrical will work.
