Hmmmm. Have her knees been checked for LP? (luxating patella)

Bc sometimes knees can cause referred pain, so the pain could be felt farther up the leg if she's having knee pain.

In humans, we can get bursitis in the hip joint quite easily with overuse/improper use...so I suppose the same could be said about the dog's hip bursa...?
