I turned on the cartoon network just a little while ago...Bugs Bunny...Roadrunner...Tom and Jerry...because it was so quiet that every little noise outside was sending them, barking, to the door. When I trim shrubs, etc., I put football, etc. on...for the human voices and assorted 'odd' sounds without the 'chaos' of regular 'programming' LOL...but I keep the volume low just to soften any additional, outside sound.
