I had never even thought of it, but this made me realize my TV goes on in the sunroom when we get up in the morning, and it stays on until we go to be at around 2am! Then the TV in my bedroom goes on, and I leave it on all night long....white noise???.......silence is deafening and I just can not sleep if there is NO noise!!!
