That sounds horrible. I have never had a pup scream when being exercised. I hope this stops soon. If not, I would be on the phone asking him for a referral to physical therapy .. or I might be tempted to go to another vet for an opinion. Don't mean to frighten you, but if this was a general vet who did this surgery, I would want another opinion. He should not be in pain when exercised...not to the point of screaming. That is awful.
