I went through the same thing even when I got Jess at almost a year old. Hated the small crate, peed and pooped on her bed whenever she felt the need. I had to put the crate in my daughters room (a medium one with a bed and pee pad) and close it at night. She stopped making noises at night when she was with one of us. I will tell you it just takes time. Restrict her space , watch her all the time out of the pen )some people tether themselves to the dog. (I have four kids so that didn't work for me) and eventually they figure it out. Oddest thing Jess will go a month without one accident then she will have two in one day then go back to being perfect and she is almost 2. In fact she did that last night so she knows shes in the "dog house" with me today. lol Be patient, it will happen. 15 weeks in practically an infant.
