I pray a resolution comes for what is in the best interest of the pup!

Donna,
Sheila's MS is not going to cost her, her life, just yet. As for her surgery, after the 1st of the year, the G.I. Doc advised us to have a Living Trust & DNR in place, as a precautionary measure.
It doesn't mean she is going to die. Only God knows when He is going to call her Home.
I'm not sure where anyone got the idea that Sheila is definitely going to die.
Per the contract, the breeder has 1st right of refusal. She only wants to replace him with another puppy.
As far as I'm concerned, Maxwell is staying here. He has a great Vet, and we have access to Purdue in West LaFayette.
And although right now, Sheila can't get down on the floor and play with him-he loves playing on her bed.
He adores her!
