I should really jump into this, but I just can't seem to stay motivated. I gained back 13 of the 30 lbs I lost 2 years ago.
I use to be so good about not drinking sweet drinks. Plus all the stress of losing my job, being rehired for my job, being threatened with losing my job, the complete uncertainty of not knowing if we have a job or not after Christmas.... All my work friends have taken to celebrating EVERYTHING and there is too much junky junk food. And of course I cave and eat.
