This is a puppy!! A baby!! PATIENCE!!! Have you ever owned a puppy before? Have you ever owned a Yorkie? I always advise my new owners to buy at least two excellent books on Yorkies...."Yorkies For Dummies" and "Yorkshire Terriers: A Smart Owners Guide". Not everyone is up to owning a Yorkie! They are notoriously stubborn, but theY are also notoriously devoted, loving companions, who do everythng they possibly can to win you over and get completely into your heart and soul! You sound like you have a precious little baby, that is acting like any healthy puppy does! I think you need to invest in those two books, read, and learn how to deal with this little precious terrier, with the exuberant, effervescent attitude! This is normal behavior, and you need to get prepared for what is going to follow, and how you will need to address this baby's future!
