I have a 15 week old tea cup yorkie. Overall she is a pretty good puppy except for 2 things. One her crying and barking at night. She absolutely hates being in her crate. When we let her out to go pee all she wants to do is play. I have tried putting toys with her, putting a blanket over her crate even putting her with the other dog and nothing seems to work.

The biggest problem we are having with her is potty training. She just pees anywhere she wants. She knows where she is supposed to go but choose not too. We have a play pen set up with pee pads and she will jump in the pen sniff around jump out and pee on the carpet. We have praised her and given her treats when she does good but still continues to pee on the carpet. She has got the fact of pooping on the pads but again she still pees everywhere else. We even noticed she is peeing in her crate. We made the mistake of giving he too much room so we blocked off half her crate only to find her not only peeing still but pooped as well. I dont want to take her outside yet since she hasnt had her 2nd set of shots or been treated for fleas and ticks. Please help. I dont know what else to do.
