So you know, I have read a couple of the things Judy said to Sheila in her emails to her and they at one time thought she was going to take Max back and give a refund and due to Sheila's health problems they decided maybe it was best although they love him very much. But then she decided NOPE no refund replacement only or nothing. So yes you are going by your friends word and I understand that but maybe you should ask her to see the emails she sent Sheila.
