Yes the law was involved when the contract was signed but as a former business owner of 30 years I know that word of mouth referals trump it all when it comes to my reputation. I always did all I could to satisfy my clients whether I thought I was in the right or not. In the long run you will lose a whole lot more than money with an unsatisfied customer. If you think the customer is wrong you make them happy and send them on their way and don't do business with them again. But here we are talking about a living breathing puppy who has no say in any of this. He deserves the very best of care and the breeder who was responsible for bringing him into this world should want that also. It should not be about the money.
