Judy should come here and defend herself and not send a legal eagle who is trying to scare us all. As for Sheila, I have known her for some time on YT and we shared many personal and emotional mails in the past re the loss of our beloved pets. She had the illness long before this situation arose, and I believe Judy understood and saw she was sick…and why she wanted a pet again. Sheila is a sweet person who would not have posted her experience with Max unless she was totally frustrated with the unfeeling breeder, with whom she thought she had a good relationship. I do know that money must be paramount to Judy and trump any emotion or empathy for people, otherwise she would let Max stay where he is and recompense Sheila for her sick pup, contract or no.
