As far as the papers, I ask Judy why on earth she would release registration papers with out proof of spay or neuter. She told me the story.
Read the definition of defamation... How do you know what is fact? The word of another?
I do not know this OP, but, I see who she is in her posts. She needs to return the pup for a full refund as offered by the breeder who I might add is yet to see a vet report. |
