Since you are friends with this breeder maybe you could ask her to come here and answer the questions being put forth by those of us who care about Sheila and her little Max. My question up front is even after she gets conformation from Sheila's vet would she be willing to do as several show breeders here have stated they would do and that is be responsible for the vet bills and let Sheila keep little Max? I think from what little she has said here she would not. As far as the defaming of her character, Sheila is stating things she saw and has been told by Judy. That is in no way considered defaming of character in a court of law. My DIL has been a paralegal for 15 years for one of our top attorneys and she knows this law well. It takes an awful lot of evidence to prove you have been defamed and have it stand up in a court of law. I hope Sheila will not be intimidated by the fact that you stated you used to be a police officer and will continue to try to get this all settled. Oh and btw what you said about Sheila and her will how was that not the same thing? How could you possibly know if that was not her reason for wanting the papers early? Continuing to pray for you and little Max Sheila. As for the breeder I am also praying for you and that you will do what is best for all concerned here especially this little puppy Max. As for refunding her money Judy stated here that she would give her a replacement, no mention of refunding any money.
