How do you know the OP? Have you been to her house? Have you met her in person? Do you really know her except for YT? How can you judge Judy a dedicated breeder, owner-handler of yorkies for over 30 years. Judy is nothing but integrity. Are there other cases of neglect? Have you seen the actual vet reports? Who is the veterinarian on record for the puppy?
