You go, woman! I know you can do it. I know it's hard, but you will get there. A friend gave me this little quote / paragraph a while back as she was struggling through a tough time, and I love it:
It will hurt.
It will take time.
It will require dedication.
It will require willpower.
You will need to make healthy decisions.
It requires sacrifice.
You will need to push your body to the max.
There will be temptations.
But, I promise you, when you reach your goal
