Our love of Yorkies is more because of their sparkling personalities, the fact that they don't shed and are low on the allergy factor, size coming in last. We were used to hearty, large outside only type dogs and while we loved them to pieces, we never got as close a relationship as we do with our yorkie, Lambeau and grand-dog, Baxter. Both yorkies are in the 7 - 9lb range and while they maybe 'teapots', they are absolutely the perfect size for our hearts!! |
