Mine used Trifexis for years, too. I didn't think he was having any issues with it although two times in the past, he had some weird neurological symptoms that the vet couldn't definitively diagnose. The third time he had these same symptoms (2 weeks ago) I was able to directly relate it to the timing of his dose of trifexis (onset within 24 hours) I notified my vet and told him I was discontinuing the Trifexis and would like to change to Sentinal. They don't sell Sentinal as they have a contract with Trifexis, but they were very willing to supply a prescription to on online source for me. They agreed that the timing was suspicious, but would not say for sure that was the cause. Only time will tell.
