Granted, they may not have thought to carry a plastic bag with them, but in that case you put your dogs in your car, go through your wallet (or purse) and get some scrap paper big enough to clean it up. Then promise to NEVER go anywhere with your dog without carrying a plastic bag.
Pet stores that allow dogs inside are AWESOME! It's a great way to exercise in winter, train and socialize all year long. But if I were a pet store owner, I would not allow dogs inside if owners didn't clean up outside.

Oh I know!!! I always try to have a bag tied to the end of Kaji's leash in addition to having one of those cute roll holder things in the car to always be prepared since these little ones are unpredictable. Kaji had never pooped in a store in all 4 years he's been living with us. That is until the day he did.
haha! Always be prepared, right?
