\I too pray Oliver heals well from his cataract surgery. I wouldn't stress at all about neutering him. If you are a responsible pet owner, keep him on lead, his behaviour is fine as it is, and there is no medical reason to neuter such as a retained testicle, then just let him be the wonderfull boy that he is.

Such a young man to have had so many health issues over his short life. I sincerely hope all goes well for you and him from now on.
