I hate it when people don't clean up after their pets in the store, or elsewhere. Gina has peed a few times in PetSmart, but I have always cleaned it up right away, and used the enzyme spray they have with the towels. I have seen and told an employee about a big pile that someones dog left in the middle of the isle. I feel sorry for the employee's that have to clean up after inconsiderate customers.
