She offered us the tiny female she had left in the litter, but we don't want another puppy, produced by the same Sire and Dam, that produced this sweet little boy, with all of his health issues.
No puppy lemon laws in Indiana.
Thank you-I am just stunned that she allowed this precious little boy to suffer.
I couldn't, in good conscience, return him to those living conditions.
