I'm not a fan of contracts that make the buyer return the puppy to get a replacement or refund when there is a health issue. The only thing I can think of is look to see if your state has puppy lemon laws. I'm sorry the breeder isn't doing more. Unfortunately not ALL show breeders are caring breeders...there are bad breeders even amongst the show community. Some just aren't making health a priority.
