There are some things you can give your puppy to help with loose stools. Canned pumpkin (careful not to give pumpkin pie mix!!) and Benebac probiotic. I tend to use both or either one when my pup is sick and having an off day, tummywise. However, since this seems to be an ongoing problem, if I were in your shoes I would focus all my energy on finding the right food for your pup like Maximo suggested. Sometimes they are allergic to certain ingredients in the foods or the ingredients simply don't agree with their tummy.
