I would not throw out the collar I think collars should be worn all the time with an id tag just incase they get lost or slip through the door or even come out of there harness and run out of sight. When she goes poo if you can get her to the pad while she is doing it when she finishes on the pad praise her and treat her. It also might help to take her poo and leave it on the pad for a little while to show her that's where the poo goes. My Yorkie would bite at feet and almost killed my grandparents a few times so we got a squirt bottle and when she would bite at our feet when we would walk we would squirt her and say no and it only took a few times and she got it. All Yorkies are different in what they like so you just have to try different toys and see which one your prefers. Mine likes tiny toys and ones bigger then he but she loves ANY balls big or small and if she can't put them in her mouth she likes to push them with her nose.
