I don't see anything wrong with kongs...you can fill them with peanut butter or other yummy stuff. My little guy likes cat toys a lot, because they seem to fit him better than the dog toys, but I try to steer clear of the ones that aren't plush or that have anything he can pop off and swallow or anything inside of them that he shouldn't have.
I've also found mini tennis balls.
He's also got a lot of toys that are too big for him, but he manages to drag them around. He's got a toy skunk that is about twice as long as him...and he sometimes trips when he's carrying it, but nonetheless, he loves the darn thing. It's quite humorous to see a little dog carrying around a toy that's as big as him!! |
