Sorry you are so worried about your little runt. I myself have never had a reason to tube feed so I am no help there. But I would suggest that if his weight is down that much from skipping the tube feeding that please do it. Even if it is just a few times per day. Also I would suggest that you have a few one on one feeding with just mamma a few extra time per day. By doing those two things he should gain and sustain a proper weight gain and will more than likely do very well after a week or two.
