No surprise your boy is affectionate; my own Amazing Yorkie Cookie was a lover from the second I brought her home. I mean Cookie just loves kissing. I think it's so awesome how Deb warms all her pups up to humans so that they're happy and confident, not scared and timid, that first night in a strange place. Cookie did cry the saddest cry for an hour or so when we crated her that first night, but we ignored it and she has been great in the crate every single night since.
I'd say to get on top of the biting behavior as soon as possible. Play biting can still be pretty bad. Cookie drew blood on me three or four times (one time in fact, A LOT of blood) play-biting my nose when she caught it in the air and gravity did all the work. For me, I had to dominate her by putting her on her back and holding her until she calmed down (I tried many many other things that failed before going to the dominance angle as a last resort). But the biting stopped after I did that.
