I'd go ahead and get her re-checked by the vet as she's had a few bouts of diarrhea. Likely this is related to your wife being away but it could be she's got a virus or isn't tolerating the chicken or other of her food. Two of my Yorkies got to the point they could no longer eat cooked chicken or any "human food" made for them - diarrhea was the primary culprit. Jilly for a host of medical reasons and Tibbe due to MVD which materialized as an adult dog. Diarrhea and some vomiting or spitting up were the first symptoms that kept returning from time to time.
