Teddy didn't seem to have any issues post-neuter/tooth extraction. Obviously no chews or anything for a few days but he was pretty much back to normal the next day. He had 2 upper canines removed and was able to eat a small amount of his regular kibble that evening following the neuter. I did have to work hard to keep him from jumping up and down off the furniture for several days so he wouldn't aggravate the stitches/incision area...after the anesthesia wore off completely, he must have been feeling pretty good (active little dude!)...I don't even think he realized anything was missing He was a good boy though and didn't bother with the incision site which would be my main area of concern with these procedures you mentioned. Good luck tomorrow and try to stay busy to keep your mind off things! Your little Oreo is so adorable
