I always carry my boys inside the vet's office and we had a giant Newfie jump on us at the checkout counter. Scared the daylights out of me. Some people are so inconsiderate.
The funniest rudeness I have experienced at the vet's office was from a woman with a gorgeous cocker spaniel in full show coat. When she took the dog out of the car, she quickly brushed down the dog's coat so that it was perfect. In the waiting room, she sneered at me and said something about me holding Teddy, whose coat was a little fluffy and messy from being in my arms.  |
