Poor baby girl! When you say 11 -12" tall, is that to her topline or head? Either way, 3 pounds would be severely underweight. What does her vet say about this? Has she had blood work done relative to this?
Nutrical should not be used as a supplement. Use it only if she is suffering a hypoglycemic attack and then follow up with a protein. If regular food doesn't follow, her blood sugar will drop again.
What are her eating habits? Does she resist eating?
Very thin legs are normal for a Yorkie (my boys have them), but bones should not break from normal activity. I would start with your vet on this issue.
