Well I hope someone helps that poor little dog. When she goes into heat she is going to be a target for every un-neutered dog for miles around. I would hate to think what would happen to her tied or untied.
Where I live it is against the law to tie a dog out without proper housing, food and water. Maybe you could get the humane society to look into this just on those grounds - or maybe you could ask the people if maybe the are willing to give the dog a new home. I don't know what kind of local laws they may have in your area for un-spayed dogs but surely there must be something that can be done.
So many times people get a cute little puppy but have no idea of the time and care it takes to make it preform like the dogs they may have seen on some TV show they watched. Such irresponsibility is just mind boggling. |
