I'm in love with my girl. I adopted her from a local shelter last week. She's 6 months old and seems to be potty trained, at least a bit. I'm working with her on eating, general commands, etc., but have a weird thing I need to ask about:

When she roots to find a place to lay down, she kind of "head-butts" that area. Is this normal? Now, bear in mind I've had one dog before this (a Maltese, who passed away last year, sadly), so I'm not sure what this is. It's funny to watch, but I was just wondering.
