Sometimes if they eat too much, their poopie can be a little on the soft side...@ the end. I would stop all treats 1st, see if there's any improvement. If not, eliminate the chicken. Basically, you'll be doing a elimination trial to figure out what food she's reacting to. @ the end, the only thing she'll be eating is her kibble & if she still has inconsistent poopies, then it might be best to change her food/ protein source.
Pumpkin should be the no spice kind, pure pumpkin in a can or whole pumpkin that you cook @ home will be fine too, mine prefer sweet potatoes.

Giardia should be ruled out along w/any possible worms.
