Question Man needs help for little girls diet please

My ten month little baby has not been fully right for about 10 days. Sometimes she has a firm darkish stool, other times it's plopped. Occasionally the first little log is firmish, accompanied by two dob plops alongside? I've been feeding her freshly boiled chicken and rice, sometimes with a little canned peas. Should I restrict her to freshly boiled chicken only? From a pup she's always had 'Royal Canin' (bowl by her distilled water) and I give her 'Harrington's Dog Treats' as a training aid (about six a day). I've read on here about pepto etc, but would rather get her right naturally somehow? I'm getting a Pumpkin delivered with my grocery order Tuesday. Should this be cut up and cooked, if so can I microwave in a rice steamer for a few mins

Any help appreciated Ladies as my wife's away for a couple of weeks. Also is any type of pumpkin preferable, we don't seem to go in for the canned variety this side of the pond only Organic and the more bog standard 'Halloween' type.

If there's no real improvement after say five days I think it's time for the a call to the Vet. She's only ever had her jabs as a pup and maybe it's time for a check over? She's in rude good health and has just been terrorising me here for about an hour, before crashing out next to me and chasing critters in her dreams right now!
