Her ears are down. A Yorkie pup's ears should be at least showing signs of popping up by now but they could still go up if you shave the ears. If she inherited the Maltese gene for ears then they will stay down. You have a mixed gene pool going there so there are all kinds of possibilities.
Even a purebred Yorkie tends to have shade changes as they mature. They usually get a few shades lighter.
Watch her roots. That will give you a good idea of coming attractions. |
