Don't be fooled by the promise of a lifetime health guarantee and that they are selling pet insurance. You can get the pet insurance on you own.  
Have you looked up breeders in GA at www.YTCA.org ? That is what I would start for sure, try this link Yorkshire Terrier Dog Breeders- Yorkie Puppies 
Remember when you buy a puppy you are actually buying the breeder so you want to do things like see the Mom (and Dad if available), go to their home if possible and see where they were living and most importantly build a relationship with the breeder, they will be a valuable resource for you in the future if you puppy has any health issues.
