well i guess my apartment manager is in contact with the community lawyers.... they were the ones that told her that she cant evict them based on aggressive dogs, or require them to get rid of their dogs..... so... she hinted that they are going to try "other things" to get the situation resolved... which i think means that they are going to watch them very closely and any infraction that is basis for eviction they are going to jump on... but even then, they are given 30 days... and then they could still refuse to leave and then they have the police try and evict them... that has happened several times in apartments near us.....
I do have her apartment number, i dont really want to walk to her door and deliver it, but if i wasted a stamp and put it in the mail???? i dunno.... she isnt very nice anyways, probably wouldnt help at all.... there has got to be a reason that her dogs act that way, dogs that are loved and well cared for do not act that way, i dont know if she made them agressive on purpose that would just be sad...
