My Cookie recently had CCL and LP repair done. I forgot to mention what I did with her. She is a wild child and I was totally dreading her recovery...she turned out to be one of the easiest ones yet! I kept her in a stroller 24/7 instead of crating her. That way I could take her with me wherever I was. She ended up loving it!
I would take her out for her walks to go potty and when we walked back into the house she would go directly to her stroller! I kept a leash on her when she was in it so she knew not to go anywhere. There is a thread all about her and her surgery and recovery.
