Yeah, I don't like that part either. Usually that moaning is from the anesthesia but it still hurts my heart. Just keep her on her pain meds so that you know she is not in pain....and yes, each day does get better!
I medicate my ortho pups for a full week with pain meds to be certain they don't feel anything...or at least as little as I can make it for them.
