Size difference: not a big deal, a MAJOR deal. Her size: even BIGGER deal!
Natural birth vs c-section: this won't be an issue if you have her spayed. She shouldn't be pregnant in the first place, but small dog have a greater chance of c-section. This chance increases when then are bred to a larger male. I would say that you female has a 95% chance of having a c-section, or you losing her during birth.

Special preparations: Have her spayed, save her life.
